PROGRAMS
TAEKWON-DO CLASSES
AGES 7+
Our traditional Taekwon-do program is the white belt to black belt journey for ages 7 to adult. These classes are designed in a way that all ages can participate together as students work on their individual skills or are partnered with students their size and skill. These classes are a great way for a family to participate together. Our traditional classes are divided into All Belts, Kid’s All Belts, or Beginner (White & Yellow) and Advanced (Green to Black). If you are a new participant, the All Belts or Beginner classes are for you.
Shadow Warriors
AGES 4-6
Shadow Warriors is our signature children’s program. Master Stanley designed this program in the late 1980’s when Ninja Turtles inspired six-year old’s everywhere to start their ninja training. He created it to give kids an intro to martial arts “warrior moves” but with a focus on developing their listening skills, confidence, respect and discipline.

One Class Per week: $50.00/month

*Shadow Warrior fees cannot be combined with family rates

At our Fort Saskatchewan Club location, we offer an All Belts, family class (ages 7+) program for our students as well as a young children’s program Shadow Warriors (ages 4-7). Our family class is fantastic for parents and kids or siblings to register so they can participate in an activity together, at the same level. How cool is it to learn something together with your kids, rather than just sitting on the sidelines?
You can register at your first class or you can call us for more information (780-951-1697). Or you can come to any class Tuesday or Thursday at Ecole Parc Elementary where we train. Either watch a class or better yet, jump in and try one for free!
