SHADOW WARRIOR PROGRAM GUIDE
Some Shadow Warrior terminology
CHUN-BE – In Shadow Warriors this means something different than the actual meaning of the word. Here when an instructor says CHUN-BE, the Shadow Warrior must freeze in place with feet shoulder width apart and the fists placed in front of the belt. They can blink and breath but no other movement can take place. Quite often we have a CHUN-BE TEST at the end of a class. Here the instructors try to make the Shadow Warrior move, and then they must sit down. If even one Shadow Warrior remains standing at the end, they all win and the instructors lose.
