Programs
Taekwon-do classes
Our traditional Taekwon-do program is the white belt to black belt journey for ages 7 to adult. These classes are designed in a way that all ages can participate together as students work on their individual skills or are partnered with students their size and skill. These classes are a great way for a family to participate together. Our traditional classes are divided into All Belts, Kid’s All Belts, or Beginner (White & Yellow) and Intermediate (Green to Black). If you are a new participant, the All Belts or Beginner classes are for you.
SHADOW WARRIORS
Shadow Warriors is our signature children’s program. Master Stanley designed this program in the late 1980’s when Ninja Turtles inspired six-year old’s everywhere to start their ninja training. He created it to give kids an intro to martial arts “warrior moves” but with a focus on developing their listening skills, confidence, respect and discipline.
TEAM GREEN
We have partnered with Coach Tyson Green and Team Green Kickboxing program to offer recreational and competitive kickboxing to our St. Albert and North Edmonton communities. Whether you are looking to just get fit like a fighter or explore the world of amateur open tournaments, Team Green will help you buld confidence, fitness, and proper technique.

FAQ's
Can I try a class before I register?
Yes! If you would like to do a trial class, find a class that fits your age/level and then you can come to that class and do a free drop in.
How do I get the uniform/equipment?
If you are ready to join, we offer a New Member packages that include the equipment required for the programs.
How does the membership work when I register?
Our classes are year round, so unlike many other sports, we do not book “sessions” or “seasons”. Our memberships are ongoing monthly. You can reactivate and cancel your membership as needed, with a 30 day notice. This is great for people who take longer vacations, or who do specific sports during specific months and can’t train during those times.
