PROGRAMS
TAEKWON-DO CLASSES
AGES 7+
Our traditional Taekwon-do program is the white belt to black belt journey for ages 7 to adult. These classes are designed in a way that all ages can participate together as students work on their individual skills or are partnered with students their size and skill. These classes are a great way for a family to participate together. Our traditional classes are divided into All Belts, Kid’s All Belts, or Beginner (White & Yellow) and Advanced (Green to Black). If you are a new participant, the All Belts or Beginner classes are for you.
Shadow Warriors
AGES 4-6
Shadow Warriors is our signature children’s program. Master Stanley designed this program in the late 1980’s when Ninja Turtles inspired six-year old’s everywhere to start their ninja training. He created it to give kids an intro to martial arts “warrior moves” but with a focus on developing their listening skills, confidence, respect and discipline.

Our Devon location offers classes for ages 4 years old and older.
Shadow Warriors is our 4-7 year old program designed to teach our youngest students respect, confidence and discipline. The students learn basic Taekwon-do and self-defence skills in a fun, easy to understand way.
Regular Classes are for students 7 years old and older. It is the classic Taekwon-do program that leads a student from basic techniques as a beginner (or White Belt) toward the goal of Black Belt (and beyond). Taekwon-do is a martial art that is designed to teach self defence to anybody and every body – young, old, male, female, elite athlete or beginner exerciser. Our Regular classes are great for the family who wants to find an activity that they can all do together at the same time. Many of our members are moms and dads who have the privilege of sharing something special with their kids.
To register, choose a class that fits your schedule and you can join that class. You can start anytime of the year!
