WEEKLY FOCUS

Each week instructors will be focusing a little extra on each item listed below.  Many other things will be covered in each class but the noted items will be done for sure.  If you are having trouble with pattern, self-defense, step sparring or breaking be sure to attend some extra classes in those weeks that cover what you need so you can get more help and additional training.
